Where Did This Elevated Level Of Fear Come From?

I also can’t help but point out that there’s hasn’t been “a little bit of bad news”. There’s been a whole freaking trainload of bad news, most of it either directly caused by the administrations bumbling ignorance or by the constant stream of fear-mongering and class warfare that’s flowed from the President’s own yap…. So, yeah. I’d say he’s the “object” here, if by “object” he means “proximate cause”.

I guess we’re all thinking the same thing.
