I only make fun of fat people to help them, not hurt them.

fat boy

So, I stumbled upon this story earlier, but knowing when someone has my beat in the humor department, I passed it off to my boy Track. Plus, I know him personally and have learned that in addition to his love of country music and big trucks, he is a HUGE cheeseburger fan (not that you could tell by looking at him, and we did “eat fresh” in our travels together).

As I expected, he did not disappoint.

Exhibiting all the intelligence that you would expect, the Incredible Bulk’s mom and enabler, Brenda Lewis, helpfully explained that,

He didn’t come with a manuscript or a guide. I [have] just been working my way through.

Because you really need a book to tell you that feeding your kid nothing but fast food since birth is not ok.

His posts could only be better if he read them and we could all listen to him with his English accent. He has an even better piece about Alexander Draper.

I know, they say making fun of fat people isn’t right, but it’s so much fun. And, maybe if we made fun of more fat people and returned the stigma to being obese people would be shamed into exercising more and we wouldn’t have the obesity problem we have. It seems to have worked for this kid:

Food for thought: note to all of those supporting the current health care reform legislation, how long do you think it will be before the government comes after you to control your weight? Think about it. They want to take this kid from his mother because of his weight. They think they can control his weight better than she can. How long before they think they can control your weight better than you can? I mean, no one wants you gaining diabetes, after all.

  1. What’s worse is the “fat and proud” group. You might be at peace with your body image and that’s ok, but not when you’re a big mac away from a heart attack.
